very close to the beach and the city center. In apartment the was two balconies, and big panoramic windows with the nice view. The owners of apartment were very helpful, They speak English fluently. The contact by mobile phone was very fast! I recommend for everyone who come to the Pescara this apartment!

Beautiful appartment, looking just like the pictures. Close to the city center and 1 min walk to the beach. Very kind owner and lovely family, always available and ready to help. Would definitely return.

We would like highly recommend this apartment. Location is super. First line near the sea and 3 minutes walking to center. 10 min by taxi from the airport. Lovely hosts was very kind and helpful. Apartment was very clean. Perfect place to stay

The flat is big and they ceilings are high. It is warm enough even in the winter, not always in Italy. The host was very polite and give us all the information we needed. The location is perfect: next to the beach (you can even see a bit of the sea) and the walking street.

As the location is so central, there was a bit noisy early in the morning from outside. But you can not get both anyway, central location without some noise from the city, so it did not bother us so much to wake up early. The kitchen was pretty poorly equipped: there was not dishwasher neither washing machine. I also missed for example toilet paper, kitchen paper, water etc basics, which often are included in the flats.

The house was clean, the owner was friendly and very cooperative.
