Convenient location. QUIET area.

Attention needed to the state of the grounds.Not attractive outside,needing garden maintenance. Our separate downstairs rooms were large but area smelt musty & damp.Beds were very hard,not comfortable.No TV.Had to access kitchen upstairs by walking up steep concrete steps which were not covered.No good if raining.or for olde people.rNo extras left. No detergent or scrubber for dishes.Upstairs bathroom, no handsoap left.No drinking water left in rooms or fridge.Lockboxes need CRC oiling .This place is OK for a quick overnighting but is not luxury in any way.

When I said that I would not be staying there, they did not put up a fuss

Arriving after 7 o’clock got showed one room which was basically a messy office with a bed in the corner then showed another room even though I said I wasn’t going to stay but she showed me the room hadn’t been tidied. The bedsheets hadn’t been changed in the bed hadn’t been made.

Close to Glenfield, family apartment was two beds in separate rooms with large bathroom.

Going outside and upstairs to use kitchen not easy with toddler, you need extra long cords to reach plugs by beds, if you can even get to them you have to pull out bed and crawl behind. Lamp by bed did not work, the last users toothbrushes etc... were still in bathroom. One of beds very hard and the electric blanket wire could be felt all night because of this, unsure why was electric blankets on bed as a warm room. No air conditioning or slippers or carpet in family room as per advertised on booking. Com The lawns or garden area have not been up kept so weeds and long grass.

Peaceful area

While we understood there would potentially be other guests to share bathroom and kitchen with we didn't realize it would be long term tenants that had been there for months.

Simple. But too simple. Somewhat clean. Just ur standard hillcrest.. overall happy nonetheless.

26 gretal rd booking. Broken heater, need extra blanket, only room, no room service like shampoo/conditioner/soap. Room is barebone like a flat room next to others. There is room A in kitchen, B C D a step away from each other. So noises can be heard from these 3 next to each other. Shower is like a military old style shower alone spot. Kitchen is quite spacious. All areas shared. Overall for basics its ok, more like an unattended airbnb with a padlock to get in. The house is likely owned by a chinese as the padlock also had handwritten chinese
