This hotel was so nice and the staff were the best! They assisted us with drivers, getting a covid test to fly back to the states and just being helpful and pleasant. 10 out of 10 would do it again!
Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is very well kept and is modern. Our room was very comfortable, though it could have had better lighting as the back half seemed dark. The balcony was exceptionally nice and allowed wonderful views of the nesting Great White Egrets. Breakfast was very good. The hotel is in a lovey neighborhood, though due to it being a popular area for weddings, noise from music may be problematic at night for sleeping. The two things that were challenging were the lack of hot water in our room on our last day, and there is no pool to speak of. It's a square filled with water on the rooftop of the bar next door. Its operating hours are 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and that is the coolest part of the day. It's for show only and is misleading that one can swim there.

It was birthday and anniversary visit for a week! Hector made it PERFECTO! The hotel was small and quaint. Room was perfect, quiet, close to center city. They treated us kindly and even put champagne in the room for my birthday!! A trip the husband and I will never forget
The staff was exceptional. Very helpful and arranged all transportation and excursions to historical sites and cities upon request at very reasonable prices. The hotel was very clean, comfortable bed and pillows, great air conditioning system and COVID safe. The concierge gave excellent referrals to authentic food/cantina experiences. They also arranged the COVID lab tests required for re-entry into the US. I highly recommend Hotel Apapacho Boutique for your stay in San Miguel de Allende. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This was our first time in SMA and our stay at apapacho was amazing. It was in a great location, safe, clean, modern, and overall great atmosphere. The hotel is in a great location and is a walking distance from the plaza. The breakfast and rooftop restaurant was amazing with beautiful views. Also all the staff at the hotel was amazing. We interacted with juan, hector, and lupita the most and they were lovely and attentive to all our needs. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We will definitely be back.
