Access to the apartment is via a narrow and steep staircase, which is particularly difficult for those traveling with children. We were told our apartment was on the second floor, but when we arrived, it was not the one we had booked. We had to move all our luggage and the baby stroller down to the first-floor apartment, again via the dangerous staircase, and received no compensation for the inconvenience. 2. The apartment smelled of gas, and when I alerted the person responsible, they simply explained how to turn off the gas. We had specifically chosen the apartment for its kitchen, but ended up not using it as we didn’t feel it was safe. 3. There is no soundproofing at all — all outside noise can be clearly heard. 4. There are no shutters/blinds/curtains to block out the light. We had to hang a duvet to cover the window and block the brightness. 5. The shower was broken (photo attached), flooding the bathroom with every use. We reported it to the host, who said it would be fixed the next day, but no one ever came. 6. The apartment had two damaged electrical sockets (photos attached), which posed a clear safety hazard, especially for those traveling with children. 7. The term "apartment" is an overstatement — there is no separate living area. It is simply a room with a kitchen. 8. The bathroom had a shampoo dispenser, but it was empty. They didn’t even bother to refill it before our arrival. Overall, this was the most negative experience I’ve had through Booking.com.

The cleaness, being in the middle of hystorical center. Perfect for short stay and for young pleople that enjoy vibrant nights.

Nothing bad. To advoid for older persons that doesn't like tough stairs and small spaces. The ventilation in the bathroom was inactive.

The location is great, right in the old city center, we will definitely come back.😊

Location, location, it was just perfect. In the middle of the old town. The apartment was clean and charmingly decorated. The apartment had two small palconies overlooking the busy street.

The stairs were quite steep, but we managed well.

The host was very responsive and proactive. The apartment was very clean. location was perfect in the heart of the old Bari.

The locker at the front door did not work properly. There was mold in the apartment on the sealing, the stair were way too steep while the noise in the morning was insupportable. Bed was too soft for my taste.

10/10, amazing location. For the price this was a really good opportunity, and the apartment is well equipped. I might say it can be a bit noisy due to the busy streets of the historic town, but we were not surprised (it's worth it)

Maybe a proper blanket would be nice next time. It wasn't cold but I felt like the thin sheet was not enough for me, but it's a personal preference
