Comfortability and reliable staff

They give the impression that you have a whole villa to yourself when it's not true. Space is a huge problem. Some very deceiving information and advertising.

The stuff is helpful. Easy to find the location. Nice braai area.

Self-catering is misleading. Some units don't have a stove. Those with a stove don't have cooking accessories, even pots. No cooking accessories in the kitchen. Stuff is helpful, but you have to keep asking for everything. Guests who checked-in in the middle of the night were screaming at each other and making noise around 1am. Guests playing loud music in the morning while we try to rest. Pool area accept day visitors. There's building work on premises, random construction workers walking around, and not ideal for female solo travelers.

The hospitality and cleanliness.

I loved everything about it.

The aircon in the Bedroom was great, as it was a very hot place. The place was clean and comfy. The study desk was helpful when working on the laptop. The solar power backup kept the lights on always.

I liked the quiet peaceful environment and free netflix

The house we stayed in needed a bit of maintenance love especially the bathroom/shower
