I didn't like anytime anything at all..I need my refund back because I did not check in at that hotel..I called there was no answer, we came there there wer no people to open for us

Location is bad .we didn't sleep there yet my money was taken

I liked the pictures that were shown online but it wasn't exactly what I saw.

The house looked a bit unfinished. Like they were still finishing it off . Smelled a bit like paint. The house isn't built on flat land so the bathroom door keeps sliding closed once when you open the door. The host forgot to sign some papers , and it might be partially my fault cozvit was such a. Late booking. But check in took so long and I had had a long day already. But the security guard was very helpful with the check in and accomodating my special requests . The place was recommended by a bnbnl owner I stayed at the night before so I thought it would've been in the same par . It was more expensive but not as nice as the one before .

Nothing! It was the worst experience ever!

I am extremely disappointed with the condition of the accommodation during my recent stay. Firstly, the place was not clean. It was dusty, there was corroded steel wool left at the sink, and the shower, bathtub, and toilet were visibly dirty. The overall state of the room was unhygienic and unacceptable. Secondly, the lights kept flickering and at times went off completely. When I contacted the person who checked me in, he was unable to assist and called the maintenance technician. Upon arrival, the technician casually mentioned that the lights flicker because the property runs on solar panels and that they did not have a transformer. He also stated that I was supposed to have been informed of this — however, no one communicated this to me at all. To make matters worse, while my room had no proper lighting, there were three men present — the maintenance technician, the gentleman who checked me in, and another individual standing outside. As a female staying alone, this made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. Additionally, I initially thought there was no hot water. I reported this, and the technician went to check the geyser outside. I later discovered that there was hot water, but the plumbing was incorrect — the basin had no hot water, and the bathtub taps were reversed (cold water running hot and vice versa). On top of all these issues, I had selected the option to have breakfast, but after seeing the state of the room, I felt uncomfortable consuming any food prepared on the premises. I left the bread untouched because I was genuinely concerned about hygiene standards if the rooms were in such poor condition. This experience was distressing, unhygienic, and felt unsafe

The place is clean , nice and quiet and the staff was nice

It was nice and clean

Electricity went off in the morning around 4 and we tried to call no one attendant us they didn't answer tje calls nor whattsap message and we decided to leave early
