Infinite Tide Bellamare

Great property and friendly staff

We stayed at Infinite Tide Bellamare during our first visit to Port Elizabeth and were deeply disappointed. Despite the apartment being visually appealing, it lacked basic winter essentials—no blankets or heater or electric blanket —making it extremely cold and uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the host, Bridget, was unhelpful and arrogant, showing little regard for guest comfort. This experience left us questioning the idea of a "home away from home." We’ve also received no communication regarding a refund, despite following up. A beautiful place, but unfortunately, poor hospitality overshadowed everything. Not recommended during winter or if you value respectful and attentive hosting.

I loved the kitchen, had everything you can think of, even a blender and slow cooker. All bedrooms were also to my expectations with extra blankets. The location is perfect, sea view took the cup, because I am from inland Bloemfontein.

We found half rolls of toilet paper that did not even last 24 hours. That was very inconvenient. And it would be nice to have one dish washer pill per day of stay. We only had one for the whole 4 days.

The apartment was lovely, neat and clean. The complex was easy to locate, access via security was effortless and the area was nice and quiet. A bonus was the down feather duvet inners, felt like a marshmallow.

As a family of 5 over a period of 4 days, we needed extra toilet rolls.

The property was clean with all we needed, it’s next to the beach and mall (walking distance). It is a very nice comfortable place to enjoy your stay in.
