USThis was exactly where we wanted to be by our friend's house. Very convenient location for this event and passed on information to our other friends.
The outlet/power situation was a little weird. Not enough outlets for the appliances. Was surprised AC not running when we arrived, but it cooled down fast. AC is very loud, so no conversation. Information in booklet did not match what was on website.
USPerfect for 2 people. They owners thought of literally everything you need. All you need to bring is yourself, clothes, and food. They have a BBQ pit, kitchen fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, utensils, paper towels.... There's trash bags and towels and stuff in the room, shower supplies...Plenty of charging plugs for whatever electronics you may need to charge. Table can fold up or down for space, space to hang clothes. It felt like our own little spot of peace. We caught a TON of fish off the pier. They have a green light in the water to attract fish and crab traps all around the pier. During colder months there's a fire pit out there. We want to go back when it's cooler at night. There's a place to buy ice about 1 minute away, and the 2 main places to shop are within minutes. The beach is just a few minutes drive away and they're food trucks at the end of the road. My fishing partner used to live and work in Sargent and said you pretty much couldn't wish for a better location. The value is amazing. We stayed at the Fish Tail Inn up the road our last trip and this was a little cheaper with privacy and all the amenities. If you dont need a sprawling multi room house for a big family, this perfect. Dont pass it up! :) We're most likely going back again in about 3 weeks and hope the cabin is available and they will rent to us again.
