Need more cleaning, don't know where the cockroach come out when u sleeping, air cond need to repair the leaking.. The room space it's very narrow..

Location good.

The room was not cleaned properly. Loose hair on the floor n dusty. Maybe not vacuum properly. In bathroom, no bath shampoo supplied. Floor slippery due to soap residue. No water supply to the floors. We were moved twice to different rooms. Next morning no water supply couldn't take bath or clean up. We were given another sister hotel nearby. The counter outside is not opened during the night. In event of any emergency or need assistance, there is no staff that will be able to help. This is not a good customer service.
