"Disappointing reservation."

Nothing

Wasn’t able to stay at this accommodation as the owner allowed other guest to stay and cancelled my reservation without informing me. I found out I had no where to stay when I went to check in. When I called the owner informed me that he forgot to call and inform me that my reservation was canceled. Extremely poor customer service.

"Excellent"

Location was fantastic

We had troubles with getting the AC temp to change, and there were very limited supplies in the kitchen.
