Personalul amabil, in special domnisoara Andreea care ne-a si servit atat la cina cat si la micul dejun. Mancarea buna, camera mare,patul confortabil, locatie linistita desi este la sosea. Recomand !

On the bright side, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. They tailored breakfast to our taste, which was a nice personal touch and took care of meeting our requests.

The hotel seemed understaffed, which caused several issues. When we arrived, there was no one at reception, and the cook ended up giving us a key to a room that wasn’t ours. The room had a view of the main road instead of the mountain, which was disappointing. We spent nearly an hour waiting and finding our room. Another downside was the hidden costs. The sauna was 40 euros, and the jacuzzi was 10 euros, neither of which were disclosed when we booked. We were only informed of the jacuzzi fee at check-out.
