Kontakt z właścicielem był szybki, za pomocą maila i sms. Otrzymałam informację o kodzie do drzwi o godz. 15.00 w dniu przyjazdu. Mieszkanie zlokalizowane jest w centrum żydowskiej dzielnicy, w sercu dawnego Budapesztu. Do lokalu jest bardzo dobry dojazd komunikacją miejską. Wygodne położenie do odbywania spacerów. W okolicy liczne sklepy spożywcze i stragany, różnego typu lokale gastronomiczne. Mieszkanie jest wyposażone w potrzebne sprzęty. Czekał na nas ekspres z kawą powitalną.

Brak wind w budynku jest sporym utrudnieniem (lokal usytuowany na II piętrze). Budynek jest częściowo w ruinie, a częściowo odrestaurowany. Ze względu na zagrzybienie ścian (trzeba usunąć, bo szkodliwe dla zdrowia), w powietrzu unosi się stale zapach stęchlizny (także odór z kanalizacji). Zaskoczeniem był brak dostępu do kanałów TV (wbrew opisowi). W pokoju stoi nowy telewizor jako mebel. Przydałoby się dodać po drugim ręczniku na osobę i zapasowe worki na śmieci. Należałoby poprawić czystość podłóg. Naczynia pozostawione dla gości były pokryte kurzem. Okoliczne lokale gastronomiczne i bary przyciągają m.in. osoby nadużywające alkoholu (i pewnie czegoś jeszcze), dlatego rano okolica jest brudna, śmierdzi. Cena za wynajem jest nieco zawyżona względem komfortu lokalu.

Very clean, good looking apartment and good location

Great location. Enough space for two or a family with 2 kids. The apartment has everything you need. The hosts provided detailed information how to get in the property.

I asked for the sofa to be prepared for sleep as well and they confirmed but it was not ready. It was not a big deal, though, as the sofa is big enough to sleep on even when folded.

Me and my boyfriend had an amazing stay at this apartment! It was exactly as described—spacious, spotlessly clean, and just like the photos. The location couldn’t have been better, right in the center of town, making it easy to explore everything.

It was on the first floor and no lift There was only one tea towel

I liked that it had a good amount of appliances, it was warm and the location was near the ruin bars. I liked the clear instructions on how to enter.

It had a smell of mold and mold on some walls. The floor had hair and the corners of the walls dust. We had only one dose of shampoo. We didn't feel the freshness of the linen or towels, i didn't have on my side of the bed a socket to plug in my charger, i found after searching and pulled out a power strip. Upon asking, i received answers only to some of my questions, feeling the communication was not clear.

Very nice and clean apartment. The location was very good, you can go everywhere by walking or using transport.

The building was old but nothing to worry about. It felt safe!
