Das gesamte Personal war super nett und zuvorkommend. Die Ausflüge waren OK und informativ. Eine sehr ruhige Atmosphäre da es nur 10 Kabinen gibt (wovon auch ein paar noch frei waren)

Das Essen ist vielleicht Geschmacksache für uns sind es aber bei weitem keine 5 Sterne, das Schiff/Beiboote sind auch schon in die Jahre gekommen und dürfte auch nicht mit 5 Sterne bewertet werden.

Staff were excellent. Mel was very knowledgable and attentive. Enjoyed the activities.

There was a stale smell coming from the bathroom at times. Boat was run down in areas. Just for info, all drinks except welcome drink and coffee/tea at breakfast come with an additional charge.

Once in a lifetime trip! We done the 2 night 3 day one and cannot recommend it enough. You will feel like a VIP and be taken care of from a wonderful crew! The food was amazing and the crew was so thoughtful. They also decorated the evening table for us for our honeymoon and gave us some complementary drinks! The hot jacuzzi was amazing too and all the tours. All over a perfect experience.

Only thing I would mention is for people that need to work while on the boat - the internet and WiFi doesn't work for most of the trip. But if you only going to enjoy this won't bother you at all and makes sure you can really enjoy! The tea experience was not offered as described and the wine experience was a bit different than expected. We had the option to buy and try some snake wine and other funny wines etc. on a trip to the village at 9:30 in the morning. We all were thinking it would be more of a nice wine tasting so I thought I mention it for further guests. But we also didn't miss any of it as it was overall an amazing experience.

Beautifully decorated rooms, very relaxing rooms.

Somewhere inside that is a comfortable communal area that is not the restaurant - the reception area could be made more comfortable for evenings or days when weather is less good for outside.

Non è un problema di questa crociera, sono tutte così: il tratto più lungo lo fai su un barchino che ti porta sulla nave crociera, con questa farai un breve tratto tra le formazioni calcaree di Ha Long, diciamo un’ora, per portarti in una zona dove puoi fare il bagno, spiaggia microscopica, sovraffollata, o andare in canoa, fra decine di altre barche, con una qualche difficoltà a goderti il panorama. Poi ti riportano in una specie di parcheggio sul mare, dove sono ormeggiate altre decine di barche e qui dormi. Ho dovuto chiudere le tende perché avevo un bel faro in faccia tutta la notte. La mattina tutti insieme a vedere delle grotte, insieme ad altre decine di persone, cosa che mi sono risparmiata, per starmene sul mio balconcino.

La cabina una king, pagata parecchio cara era bella, ma non ci sarei mai andata se avessi saputo che della baia si Ha Long avrei visto poco o niente. Scegliete una gita di un giorno da Cat Ba, cercando magari di concordare un percorso per farvi vedere qualcosa, perché la zona è bellissima, queste finte crociere No!
