Great value for money, very clean and comfortable, great location

Location, waterfall nearby, cozy room. Tasty water (better than other places).

No wifi, but we had the rental car wifi, so all was good.

Tout y était ! Emplacement (on voit Godafoss depuis l'hôtel), personnel super sympa et au petit soin, petit déjeuner complet et repas agréable. La suite junior était un très bon choix durant les 3 nuits passées à découvrir le nord. Propre et spacieuse.

The staff were very friendly and helpful (holding and opening door! when we had our luggage!). Breakfast was one of our best on our 12 day trip. Food at the restaurant was delicious for dinner as well. We had an amazing view of the falls because we were in the king suite....which was an awesome room. And just as we were having a glass of wine and about to order dinner I looked out the window at the view thinking it couldn't get better, but it did!! About 25-30 Icelandic horses were being driven/herded across the little pedestrian bridge right in front of the hotel! I ran out the front door to get amazing video and experience it close up. We loved this place!

I booked this vacation late and it was high season....so I had limited availability. That forced me to spend WAY more money then I ever would have normally in a couple areas that were popular tourist areas. This King suite was one. But I have to say that when I compare a couple others that I ended up spending EVEN MORE this was the nicest room and view even though it was well out of my normal price range.
