Breakfast is fine.

The Hotel is extremely noisy to the point you cannot talk on the phone with the window open, but the location is fine. Housekeeping would come every two days. Excuse me? Is that a 4 star Hotel?? Apparently only the price is 4 star. And then, the toilette. It should be fine, but a horrible smell of sewage that came out of the drains, made using it a very disgusting experience. I would never come back.

For a hotel that a lot of foreigners come and stay, the front desk and breakfast staff should at least speak English. Not very present during breakfast, you need to explain using Google translate to have hot milk. Staff need to be more friendly. The location wasn't great, but this is out of the control of the hotel, but the hotel should provide taxis or buses to the centre of the town and provide a guide to where main attractions or shopping or restaurants are !!!
