The location is nice, we arrived in a very short time from the airport. The staff is friendly and kind.

It was a hotel that I preferred because it was very close to the workplace. The beds were very comfortable. It was very important for me to have room service all night long. Thanks to Dedeman team.

We came from Saudi Arabia as a family. The rooms are the same as in the photo and clean. It is very similar to Trabzon in nature. The hotel is very close to places to visit in Sapanca, Masukiye and Ormanya. Breakfast and foods are delicious.

The breakfast was varied and good. No noise from the road to the rooms. room view is nice. Wi-Fi works well everywhere. We ate dinner at the glass restaurant in the middle of the hotel. It was delicious and beautifully presented. Turkish bath and pool were big and clean.

They turned off the chillers and it gets hot. It was not possible to open the window as all types of bugs will come into the room.
