On a positive note, we would like to give a shout-out to Kalyan Ji, the only person who made us feel welcomed.

When booking a villa with four rooms, it's expected that a group of 6-8 members will be able to relax and enjoy their time together. However, the living room in our villa did not have air conditioning or ducting, and the temperature soared to 35 degrees Celsius. This made it very uncomfortable to sit in the living room, especially since the open area outside was not habitable during the afternoon.Additionally, when booking a villa, a basic kitchen setup with an induction stove or gas and some utensils is typically expected. Unfortunately, the only kitchen items available were a toaster and a kettle. While an induction stove was provided, it was in the open area, rendering it unusable.There was also no body wash available in the bathrooms. The property had an à la carte menu, but if you requested tea in the morning, you were told to preorder it the night before, as they had no milk available. The same was true for aloo paratha for the kids' breakfast; they were out of flour.The behavior of Kobil was not acceptable and did not meet hospitality standards.
