The room is small it’s not spacious The mattress gave me back Problems There is no bed headboard The sink is small So you can’t wash your face or brush your teeth you have to do it in the shower No where to hand your clothes

First of all the street is skidrow. I wouldn’t want to go there ever again! Then the owners didn’t leave the key in the key safe. We had to wait outside for 10mins. When inside there was a strong smell of spices. When we got into our cupboard, I mean room it was obvious straightaway that it was uninhabitable. It was so small you literally couldn’t lie on the floor, and trust me you wouldn’t want to it was filthy. There was a small window with a wardrobe covering the most of it. The bathroom was just as bad, small, dirty and a cupboard. Safe to say we left within five minutes. Don’t book this cupboard it’s not even suitable for a dog.

Lovely little room perfect for what we wanted, great price too It was clean and the kitchen nice with fresh milk in the fridge for tea/coffee. Check in was nice and easy with the door codes/instructions for check in being sent in the morning. Also it was close to anfield stadium roughly being a 10 minute walk so was great for match night. There’s also a bus stop just round the corner which is handy if needing to get to the city centre etc

There was no breakfast given. I didn't expect breakfast anyway. The kitchen is good I messaged the guy regarding the parking restrictions, but failed to provide the information

The entry door access code sent to me by email was wrong. I notified the man that the access code was wrong. He asked me to wait outside the entry door. I spent over 35 minutes outside of the entry door, before he managed to call someone to provide the correct code for me. It's sad experienced! As I entered the room I was shocked, because the room was so tiny. It's not a double room, and not precious as advertised. The toilet and shower room is inside the bedroom room. The carpet edges of the bedroom has brown colour stains, probably there was leakage from the shower and toilet room in the past. The dirt is quit obvious and visible to be ignored. The carpet need changing because it looks disgusting and ugly. The mattress is a spring type, not comfortable to sleep. I couldn't sleep properly due to the poor mattress. Very Bad! There is no chair, no table, and no table lamp/light. The small, tiny television in the small room is not functioning, and it has no remote control to make it work. In view of the above reasons alone, you will agree with me that the room fail to meet it's advertising descriptions. It was a waist of money. I am 100% disappointed and regretted to have booked it. Warm, quite and comsy place. Perfect stay and the host was very nice and willing to help.
