Spacious rooms, wonderful location, staff gracious and very friendly

Lovely, clean, and quiet hotel in a perfect location. The staff was incredibly friendly and eager to help.

Immaculate

This hotel is perfect for a stay in Kyoto, especially if you don't want to be slightly away from the crowds, but still want to have easy access to sights. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need, including a washing machine, which is great for those traveling for a while. Fresh coffee beans and a drip is not something you often see at hotels - I loved this detail. Most important the staff are absolutely wonderful - you feel welcome from the moment you walk in.

The only area where I think there could be an improvement is housekeeping - it would be great if rooms were cleaned a little earlier in the day. However, this is a personal preference and a mere suggestion, and in no way diminishes the value of this wonderful hotel.

L'emplacement est top !! Proche de tous les centres d'intérêt. La chambre est top ! Le calme et la qualité de la literie vous font passer une excellente nuit ! L'accueil est top ! C'est très agréable d'avoir des sourires au quotidien ! L'hôtel est top ! Car il y a peu de chambres, c'est parfait pour les clients présents ! Nous y retournerons !
