Booked a 2 bedroom apartment with balcony, got an apartment with no balcony and just one bedroom. Not worth the price for that big cut... Only got that change told once we asked about the second locked room an the balcony

The traffic noise can be heard early in the morning coming from the street outside. FYI: No instant water heater available for warm showers.
