Lokalizacja. Dojazd do centrum.Znakomity kontakt z właścicielem od samego początku. Zainteresowanie ze strony wynajmującego zauważalne już od momentu złożenia oferty do końca wynajmu.
Problem z parkowaniem. Mieszkanie niezbyt estetyczne ale jak najbardziej zgodne z opisem w ofercie. Stosunek jakości do ceny ok.

Its a very nice apartment, nice building , decent neighborhood. It has a nice kitchen, washingmachine , airco , big closet. And even a balcony ! Nice living , perfect , good bed , nice bathroom , exactly what we needed.
