It was clean

The building felt quite dated, and the sound insulation was poor, meaning noises from neighboring rooms could be heard easily.

La atención de quién nos recibió, que estaba todo impecable y muy cómoda la habitación triple, bien equipada. Está muy cerca de la estación de tren, lo cuál hizo muy cómoda nuestra llegada y cada vez que íbamos a Venecia. Volveríamos!

Near bus and train station, lift.

The neighborhood is quite noisy at night, "girls" and narcotics were right under balcony whole evening and night. The bath is not very clean.

Many significant facilities advertised as included in the property were not, or not in a practical usable way. It said shared bathroom and bathrobes provided, but no bath robe provided, and bathroom not suitable to get dressed in. It said oven, microwave, minibar and washing machine, but not in the room. There was a very small bar fridge which was empty, no oven. A microwave was placed in the communal reception area where there was no sink, bench or cookware so it was not practical to use. When I asked about the washing machine, I was shown it in the bathroom belonging to 2 other rooms, but not a bathroom which we could even use. So if I put clothes on to wash, I may not be able to access them for some time while others were showering etc. The facilities were so bad, and so far from what was advertised that I was unable to stay there and moved out the day I arrived. I had to move to other accommodation.. I feel if I am not given a full refund this listing amounts to fraud, and should be subjected to legal action.
