Food was not available I mean restaurant

Good location. Very comfortable.

Tv and fan didn’t work in one of the rooms.

What we liked about the room was that it was easily accessible and tidy at first. That's all. More than likes, only dislikes can be mentioned.

We got there after midnight so it is understandable that the staff may have forgotten to give wifi password and water. Only when we asked about it, they gave it out. They don't come to clean the sheets and room unless we ask for it. Garbage disposal is non existent. When enquired about these, they delay the cleaning process. Basic amenities such water itself is not provided to us without asking. They even asked us to pay for it. Totally not worth the money we spent. Very bad. We truly don't suggest this due to the staff's incompetence.

Friendly, helpful staff, comfortable bed.

It could have been cleaner. The floor was dirty, the basin had black mould in it. Having said that all the bedding and the towels we're very clean.

No room service available very difficult to even get tea
