Meadow Lodge Apartments

It was a great location, easy to find. Everything was new, very clean and tidy. The host tried very hard to make our stay comfortable and help with issues.

We had problems with the hot water system but this was sorted by the host. There wasn't enough towels or bedding.

Not a lot to be honest

There was no TV in the apartment, this is the 1st place I've stayed and there hasn't been a TV, even tho it states TV on the facilities on the property description, was a pair of old socks left on one of the dining table chairs, no mirror in the bathroom, mattress for the bed is extremely hard and very uncomfortable, also water from the balcony above kept dripping on the metal base of the door and echoes threw the place, had to put a towel down to stop the noise.

first time is kinda hard to find since the front doors are from the balcony. Doesn’t have a TV and don’t have any mirror in the bathroom. Also the communication with owners it’s kinda slow

The location was good due to travelling at Heathrow.

The bedding was hard , not enough pillows and no bathing or hand towels in bath room.

The location was excellent, right on the road and easily accessible. The property was clean and comfortable, good sized rooms and living spaces. kitchen was well stocked for use. My family (travelled with wife and 3 children) enjoyed the stay.

Host engagement can be improved. I raised the issue about arrangement for cleaning during our stay (we were there for 15 days) but it was not addressed - this should be improved.

Clean apartment, well maintained, good bed.

The heater in the living room doesn’t work right. The shower temperature could be better.

Everything is really lovely

Wished there was a walk in shower as elderly parents have mobility issues
