I rarely post negative reviews, but I think this one requires some attention. This property being rated over 8 is very misleading. We booked this apartment for one night, while we were switching flights. Unfortunately, we couldn't even take a shower, because the smell in the bathroom was unbearable. There were brown stains on the ceiling, I don't even want to know what was that. Kitchen floor was sticky. Microwave had melted cheese inside. Overall just an unacceptable mess. Not clean at all. I see that other reviews already mentioned the smell and dirt but apparently this has not been addressed.

The bathroom handbasin leaked, and there was a very bad odor in the bathroom.

"Excellent layover stay"

Great hotel for a layover in Seoul. 10-15 minutes walk to the metro station and then a quick ride into the airport. Keep in mind the metro does not start running until after 5am (when I was there) and Incheon Airport is massive, when you have an early flight. Some buses appear to be running. But this is outside of the scope of the guesthouse obviously.

Some tea bags would have been nice, especially since hot water is available.
