The location was good- close to the beach, with a nice view

I would suggest softer beds, brighter lights and maybe a few bags of tea and coffee guests could enjoy in the morning.

Worst place to stay in Batumi

The worst staff and worst place to stay in Batumi. Go here only if you want to spoil your day and vacation! When you reach there they will inform you that your reservation is not confirmed since you didn't contact them (which they can easily do via the booking.com messaging section as well) the guy at the reception who i believe is the manager has the worst attitude I have seen in my entire life! They also threatened me to cancel my booking so I don't review them and informed me that I must cancel my booking via booking.com if I wished to stay there. Most of their reviews I believe are fake and don't go by them! The rooms are not clean and are unkept and there are many similar better rooms available in Batumi for a much lesser price and way better staff and service. So don't waste your time here. Most horrible experience!

Very friendly approach and easy going with the staff. The apartment is located in perfect place and you have access to the market. The cornice is in walking distance and there are plenty of restaurants around. Easy access with the bus routes. Sure it is recommended and once we will be back in Batumi we rent it again.

The location is a bit far from the main attractions. It is maybe suitable for people who want to mainly use the beach which is a few meters away. The place matched the photos and we could watch the sea and sunset from the balcony. The host and Fikriye was super sweet and helpful.

Booking.com gave us free breakfast as Genius but there was no breakfast. The address was not so easy to find as there are many Orbi towers around.
