"Very poor instructions, dirty unclean apartment. Couldn't find the room totally wrong instructions"

The instructions were bad. Arrived and the room. Was unclean and hadn't been serviced. The agent had a bad attitude. I had to find a replacement hotel at extra expense. Booking.com did not help they arw useless and don't care

Good location and well decorated/furnished
An absolute maze, takes a considerable amount of time to find the keys, and apartment and you’re reliant on people being around to help. The company have never stayed or seen it so there are conflicting instructions on how to get in. There was no hot water, at all and at 6am there’s not much you can do about it.

It was newly furnished modern flat , spacious and has great views. Location was great, close enough to the city center (7 min walk) and quiet enough for a good night sleep. In general pretty clean, have oven, microwave, fridge and a washer that can dry. Heater works great and was really warm.
1. Complicated building structures, quite hard to find but host was helpful in giving instructions and very quick in responding 2. Need to go up stairs to get to the room, might not be friendly for travelers with heavy luggages 3. Facilities needs to be fixed: the boiler was not set to the right level so there’s no hot water at first; there’s no hairdryer and kettles in the flat; the basin plug doesn’t work as well 4. Strict check in and check out time

There was no hot water The people who own the flat didn’t sort the issue out had to boil water just to get hot water The sink broken in bathroom A snapped off wardrobe door as a mirror in bedroom The bed was half broken as well

Nothing. I wouldn’t advice anyone to stay in this property. Host was ridiculously terrible at resolving issues, they never answered calls. Bed was broken and the heating in the property was not working. Host made no effort to fix this or provide an alternative
Everything was a mess. House not neat. Broken bed and no heating. I don’t even want to go into how long it took us to locate our rooms and carry heavy luggage up several flights of stairs as elevator only goes up to certain level.
