Zwembad was ijs en ijs koud, jaguzzi rook erg muf, mag de naam Wellness Spa niet dragen.

"Viktoria ist das exclusivste Hotel im Ort , sauber und schlicht, und trotzdem sehr preisgünstig"

Personal kann deutsch und englisch sprechen, und ist sehr zuvorkommend und höflich. Die Reception ist ständig besetzt. Das Frühstück schlicht , aber gut. Zusätzliche Wünsche (Spiegeleier) werden gerne erfüllt.

Im Essenssaal läuft ständig und laut das MTV Programm am Wand-TV. Was störend wirkt.

Nagyon kedves személyzet, hihetetlenül tiszta szoba (és fürdőszoba), ár-érték arányban finom reggeli!

A szekrények nagyon rozogák, illetve a szobában nem volt szemétkosár, csak a fürdőszobában egy kisebb méretű (204). Az ágy kényelmes volt, de mivel nem franciaágy, hanem kettő külön összetolt ágy, párként annyira nem éreztük komfortosnak.
