New, neat and clean. There are only two staffs and they are very friendly and accommodative to your requests.

Don't expect a professional hotel experience at the property. They don't have a restuarant. But have tied up with a nearby good quality restuarant. Their menu is available and you can order over phone and they deliver to your room. Plates etc are readily provided by the property on request.
