Whatever claims they made in booking .com is absolutely incorrect, when contacted booking.com , didn't receive any help, drinking water was not good as the whole family got sick

We booked mahogony rooms. The rooms were spacious. The view from the balcony was scenic as the property is situated on a hilltop. The staff were polite and obliging to our requests.The property is neatly maintained. There is plenty of greenery around to enjoy.

The property is a bit remotely located on a hilltop, due to which the access road has steep gradient. You need to be a good driver if you are travelling in your personal car.

Difficult to reach the location as the road was very steep and it is 3.5km outer from main area..taxis charge 1000rs extea for up and down to reach the hotel if you are taking tour package..extra bed provided was in very worst condition.. exchanged on request but that also not in good condition..torn and like garbage...our room was filled with dust bcz of that bed..there were also bed bugs and lots of dust in the deluxe room bed itself..our car got damaged because of the concrete at the gate not only ours almost all the cars struggled to reach the parking and got scratches at the bottom front..only positive about the hotel is the staffs..they were really very helpful and polite..breakfast is good with basic menu idli dosa with cereals and bread..
