Probably the best location to stay in Lisbon, I really love Lapa district!

La casa estaba perfecta, muy acogedora y muy bien equipada. La atención recibida, muy atenta y amable.

Casa un poco fría aunque había calefactores para solucionarlo.

The manager was very responsive. The hot water was working well.

I had to travel to get the keys. It was cold and damp in the apartment.

There is a good grocery store nearby.

The property is full of mold (see pictures) and very cold. Advertised as heated, but there was only one space heater (disabled to work on anything higher than low-mid setting for 2 bedrooms and living room) and no extra blankets. Owner brought a single replacement heater when contacted, we had to follow up repeatedly to get additional heaters the next day, additional blankets we were promised didn’t ever appear. The apartment immediately below is being completely gutted so we woke up in the morning to jackhammers and sledgehammers shaking our unit - signs in hall advise of the construction but owner did not advise us prior to our arrival. Kitchen items were dirty, many were broken and some basics (scissors, dish towel) were not provided. Bathroom fan does not work. There is no self check-in, we were advised the day of that we needed to pick up keys at a location 15 minutes away. Our family was sick and so we asked for a closer location to get Keys but this was not accommodated. The experience was so horrible (our family fell sick and got worse in the apartment due to mold) that we checked out midway through the stay due to noise and mold. The owner refused to refund the days we didn’t stay in the apartment.

No tiene calefacción.

Muy buena la atención personal de la dueña, Raquel. Estaba muy limpio, bien comunicado (parada de bus al lado y muy cerca el famoso tranvía número 28), el entorno es muy silencioso y pudimos descansar muy bien. La cocina tiene todos los enseres necesarios para cocinar todo tipo de alimentos. El baño tiene agua caliente sin problema. Los colchones de las camas estaban bien. Excelente relación precio-calidad y perfecto para ir con niños y niñas. El salón, amplio y bien equipado

Estuvimos en días de lluvia y había un ambiente muy húmedo que se acumulaba en la casa. Estaría bien tener algún calefactor más para quitar la humedad y el frío y, tal vez, alguna manta más en invierno. En el baño, sin ventana, estaba estropeado el extractor
