I checked in the Hotel at 1.00 am midnight on 26/11/22 and asked for a room as per my booking. The clerk at the counter did not bother to check the email and put me in a inferior room costing Rs.949 per day instead of the PREMIUM room for which I paid Rs.3534. Also, I should point out that though Breakfast was included but I was made to pay Rs. 500/- more for Breakfast. Moreover, The Toilets were dirty, The Bathroom Mirror was missing, the bed sheets were very dirty and staff behavior including the Owner's behavior was downright bad and abusive.
