This person was very confused she didn’t have the place ready gave us another apartment. We paid for it and the value was way more than the apartment. Generally it was bad so bad and then later she cancelled on the app after we already even stayed some place else

Such a great experience staying at Buxton Point Apartments! The place is just as described, with all the amenities you could ask for and more. It was spotless when I arrived, and I loved the modern touches throughout the apartment. The neighborhood is quiet, yet very close to restaurants and shops. The host was incredibly responsive and made check-in/check-out a breeze. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in the area

To me everything was perfect

The host offered another place when asking for a fan or mosquito net. They were mostly responsive. The location is good. They offered drinking water and the apartment was mostly clean. There is a pool although we didn’t use it.

Communication was initially very slow and then confusing. We were told we could have another apartment with a fan, then were told a day before arrival it wasn’t available, then it was again. Had to ask repeatedly for arrival and check-in instructions. The apartment we stayed in was not the one we booked, so cannot say much about the original booking. The one we stayed in was crammed with huge, oddly placed and non-fitting furniture, kitchen utensils in the drawers had mold, and the garbage bin was filled with dirty diapers. View of a construction site. I would not stay here again.

Room was not adequately prepared for our visit.Kitchen need fumigation,a lot of pests.Some appliances not working, my case the microwave.Water leakages in the kitchen ,apartment BG101.

The ambience was good and host was courteous. She was able to respond to issues in a timely manner. The place is clean and my stay was comfortable.
