Aegean breeze apartment

It was spacious with 2 separate bedrooms and a large lounge/kitchen and dining area. We liked its proximity to the beach, harbour and restaurants of Pigadia. We also liked the table outside where we enjoyed breakfast each morning. Simon was friendly and helpful and we hired a car from him. He also arranged transfers to and from the airport. It’s also close to the bus station.

Some things were a bit dated but everything worked fine.

L'appartamento è stato ristrutturato. È dotato di tutti i confort ed ha un bagno comodo. Sono raggiungibili a piedi supermercati, bakery, stazione dei pullman e centro città. Simon è stato molto disponibile e gentile con noi, attento alle nostre esigenze ed ha anche un autonoleggio. Sono dell'idea che bisogna supportare i piccoli albergatori degli studios cittadini di Karpathos se si vuole conservare l'autenticità dell'isola e preservare cultura e tradizioni greche.

Posizione strategica per visitare l'isola e Pigadia: location centrale ma fuori dal caos della città. Parcheggio privato, anche se non sempre disponibile. Proprietari molto gentili!

Il letto con il topper era scomodo, la struttura rumorosa. Qualche attenzione in più sarebbe stata gradita: pulizia non proprio eccezionale, non presenti detersivi per lavatrice né per poter eventualmente mantenere l'appartamento durante il soggiorno; presenti formiche in cucina. Il microonde presente nelle foto purtroppo non c'era.

La casa è carina e nuova. Vicino al mare e ai supermercati.. vicino al centro ma lontano dal caos, circa 10 min di camminata. Appena arrivati nel frigo c’era una bottiglia di acqua fresca che abbiamo apprezzato molto!

La pulizia dei mobili della cucina potrebbe essere un po’ più curata. Per il resto ok

Ασταθές ίντερνετ, ελλειπής καθαριότητα, μικρα και άβολα κρεβάτια και όχι και την πιο φιλική προσέγγιση από τον ιδιοκτήτη. Επίσης στην κουζίνα υπήρχαν μυρμήγκια και κατσαρίδες που θα μπορούσε να είχε αποφευχθεί με την ανάλογη απολύμανση . Τέλος πρόκειται για ισόγειο-ημιυπογειο που οι κρεβατοκάμαρες δεν έχουν μπαλκόνι παρά μόνο δύο μικρά παράθυρα σε ακάλυπτο χώρο !

Nothing bad to say

A lovely modern spacious clean apartment with plenty of room for 4 adults. Good outdoor space. Quiet location within walking distance to town. The owner was very helpful & went out of his way to make sure we found the apartment and flexible with times.

It would have been nice to have a small lamp in the bedroom for night time.
