Lito Apartments Sibenik

L’appartement est situé en plein centre-ville, la terrasse est magnifique. La literie est confortable et tout est propre.

Ci siamo soffermati per 5 giorni nell’appartamento per una mini vacanza di mare visitando i dintorni di Šibenik e uno sguardo a questa magnifica città, si può respirare pienamente l’atmosfera dalmata. Abbiamo trovato lo studio fresco molto carino ed accogliente ricco di dettagli che lo rendono molto accogliente, non è scontato, in ordine, ben pulito e con il cucinino fornito sufficientemente di stoviglie. Aria condizionata(non necessaria anche con 33gradi esterni) wi-fi ottimo. Situato nel cuore della città vecchia in una calle tranquillissima. La proprietaria gentile ci ha aiutato con le indicazioni puntuali per raggiungerlo e il miglior compromesso parcheggiare l’auto (città vecchia interamente pedonale). Onestamente ci siamo trovati benone grazie di tutto, Mirela e Samuele. Ps. Mille grazie Ana per il pensiero di benvenuto!!

Beautifully decorated and great location. Short walk to everywhere you need. The host was very friendly and responsive and left a gift upon arrival.

Whilst we loved many aspects of our stay, we encountered a few issues that did affect our overall comfort. The toilet had a leak that caused an unpleasant odour, which unfortunately made it harder to relax and sleep and use the bathroom. However, the host replied quickly when informed and said it would be fixed in the next few weeks. Some parts of the ceiling were flaking and fell onto our belongings, and the shower temperature was difficult to regulate. It tended to swing between very hot and very cold, and the water didn’t drain well.

For this price and based on the photos, I expected a much better apartment. The space is very small and cramped — considering it’s advertised as an apartment with a kitchen, I expected there to be a dining table and chairs, but there were none. I really don’t know where you're supposed to eat if you cook something. The terrace is right next to the neighbor’s window, so it’s not exactly comfortable to sit outside when someone is right above you. There’s also a window above the balcony door that can’t be covered, so sunlight floods the entire room early in the morning, making it impossible to sleep in. You can sleep only during the night. The smell in the bathroom was awful — a strong, musty odor, really unpleasant. The whole place felt quite neglected and poorly maintained, and the cleanliness wasn’t great either. There was visible dirt on the floor and in the corners. The location is great, but for this price, I expected a much better and tidier apartment.
