new built, great location and easy communication with landlord

I liked the area the property was in, it was close to where I had to go. I liked that it had everything you needed. And I like that it had air conditioning Overall, I really enjoyed my stay

the hot water didn't work, but I solved the problem quickly, there was no gas at the boiler, it wasn't necessarily a problem for those who want an equipped kitchen, note that there is only a mini fridge and a microwave oven the bed is a bit unstable, parking on street not private

The place is very cosy, relaxing, near the city center. The owner was nice and helpful. All recommendation.
