"Looks good but not as good!"

We checked in late and the toilet of the room given to us was extremely dirty. Nobody turned up even after raising a complaint. My husband had to go to the reception show them the pics of the dirty loo before they moved us to another room. All this at 11:45 PM. In the new room there was no hot water. We waited till morning to raise a complaint. All we got was lukewarm water. We checked out a day early , they did not even partially refund the hotel charges which we had paid in advance.

Overall

The hotel was nice, but I have booked the room for 2 adults and child for 14 years but when I went over there they mentioned it is only for 2 adults. I picked the tariff on your site where it showed 3 adults pic stil confusion. I had to pay 1500 extra
