There is no comfortable bed , no comfortable chair or sofa , the TV not working, no access to any TV Channel or News , no access to Netflix. Table lamp not working needs new bulb and ask the cleaner, but he didn't change it etc, etc. I could not communicate with Rita as host, she would send me emails about where to go and visit in Budapest .when I reply to her email it does not reach . I call her on the number given in case of needs, but she doesn't not answer, I left early one day and I want to inform her . I called her eight times and I have send her several emails, no response from her whatsoever. I was in the airport, the last chance to speak to her , after several attempts, she answered me and said who are , after explaining that , she would say " I cannot hear you while I hear her very well. I would like express my anger towards such poor management and bad treatment towards her guest. I know other people who stayed in Budapest with such good hosts and helpful people. I do not recommend anyone to stay there .
