L'albergo esternamente è molto bello, in linea con tutte le strutture tipiche svizzere. L'interno è un po' datato ma funzionante. Molto buona la colazione. Personale disponibile. Posizione ottima, con meraviglioso affaccio sulle alpi.

La camera e il bagno sono datati. Non c'è l'ascensore per salire su per i piani. La nostra stanza stava al 3° piano e portare su tutti i bagagli per le scale non è stato proprio gradevole.

Es handelt sich um ein älteres Gebäude, mit einigen renovierten Zimmern. Parkplätze sind vorhanden; aber nicht für alle Gäste. Am Empfang wird Italienisch oder Englisch gesprochen. Wir befinden uns in Südtirol Deutsch( Wir sind zweisprachig- bin Südtirolerin ) wäre schon gut . Zimmer mit neuer Ausstattung und TV. Bad ohne Ablagestellen. Dusche für etwas rubustere Personen nicht zugänglich, da sich Duschtür nur wenig öffnen lässt. Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt. Frühstück viel zu später Start 7.45 Uhr( am 1 Tag war um 8.00 Uhr noch nicht alles aufgebaut. ) Wir befinden uns im Ortlergebiet, da sind viele Bergtouren Programm.
