First of all no duvet on 3rd sofa beds .I booked for 3 people. How come they forget that . Second day door digital lock wasn't working we wait half an hour outside the door .then someone Tennant they help us to get a access to property

the apartment is in no condition to be slept in. Someone held a party there yesterday and it’s stinks of weed. The cleaner in there is trying her best to clean up the mess as she’s still cleaning now. I’m pretty sure stuffs been damaged in there as well and theres stains everywhere. Please understand that I wouldn’t feel comfortable sleeping there at all. The hallways are shocking as well, there extremely vandalised and dirty. In accordance to our phone call conversation, I have also attached a screenshot of where it stated that the room was “wheelchair accessible” but it isn’t. Very scary place. The hallways are dark and dirty, there is bin bags everywhere. There were drug users roaming about. This is a very bad Place and i felt extremely unsafe just entering.

The property was very bad. Spelling is stinky and no clean enough. We claim their every day.

The apartment was nice, close to my house, access very easy and great, the security was nice kindly keep it up. Prompt to attend to issue arise and solution provided.

The TV was disconnected from the wifi on the last day I was to leave and couldn't be fixed till I left. Kindly see to it.

The tv kepy hoin off evey 15 seconds there was no reception no wifi it defeated the purpouse of gettin the appartment i couldhv got a £20 hotel with better service and amenities.I want my money back.Im very disappointed
