The room and bathroom

The blankets were not enough. I was asked to pay at the facility, even though booking.com already deducted the amount (at that point I wasn't aware of the deduction). When I asked for a refund, I was told by the owner they'll deduct from my refund the commission that booking.com takes from them, and they'll only refund me on the 7th of August when booking.com paid them. I'm not part of their agreement with booking.com, I don't know why I should pay booking.com for the commission to do business for the guesthouse. One can't look the room when going out, valuables can be stolen by other guests.
