The location of this apartment was perfect for exploring Valletta and the rest of Malta by bus, boat or taxi. It's situated on a quiet street but just 5 minutes walk from bars, restaurants and beautiful city streets. The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped, ideal for our family group with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Great general shop just across the road. John is a great host providing guidance on directions and access, and also tourist information.

Mieszkanie polozone w doskonalym punkcie starej czesci Valletty.. Czyste, swietnie wyposazone, estetyczne. Doskonale dlla dwoch par, poniewaz ma dwie sypialnie z lazienkami. Wlasciciel przemily i pomocny. Bardzo zainteresowany sprawami gosci, chetnie doradzal nam co zwiedzic, gdzie zjesc, jak rozwiazac sprawe przechowania bagazy. Mieszkanie doskonale.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le fait d'être au centre de la vieille ville afin de mieux vivre le moment. Le logement était parfait, pour un séjour en famille, avec ses 2 salles de bain. Les quelques biscuits, l'eau, le café mis à notre disposition nous a permis de démarrer tranquillement notre séjour malgré l'arrivée tardive. Le petit magasin tout proche de l'appartement est génial. Malgré le fait que les prises ne sont pas identiques à la Belgiques, des adaptateurs présents dans l'appartement ont vite fait oublier ce détail.

We were so happy! The location is brilliant - there are so many great eateries nearby. However, the kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook a meal and there is a food market nearby to get whatever you need. The inside of the apartment block is very quiet from other residents. The host was incredible. He gave us great communication via booking.com and WhatsApp. This was before and during our stay. He sent photos of the main door and apartment entrance to make our arrival a little easier. The keysafe on the outside of the building made sure we could get in when we arrived and was extremely convenient. We couldn’t find any washing detergent and he got some dropped off to us which we were so happy about. The washing machine is really helpful to have and there was a drying rack and iron available too. The owner left a cot and a highchair for our son. The apartment is up two flights of stairs but the entrance is pretty large and open so we left our pram folded down there. There was tea, coffee, sugar, water and some simple snacks left to welcome us which were really appreciated. The accommodation is very clean. There were plenty of fresh towels for everyone when we arrived. Lots of plug points and in really helpful locations. There are a few mirrors and a hairdryer was available too. We left our luggage in the apartment block when we had checked out which was really convenient. We didn’t need it but there was air conditioning in the kitchen and one of the bedrooms.

The pressure and temperature of the water throughout the apartment was really hit and miss. We often ended up with freezing cold showers or only a trickle of hot water for handwashing. The apartment is in a quiet area but the noise certainly gets in - we stayed three nights and two of those nights we had a lot of noise disturbance from outside the apartment. We travelled with our 16 month old son and the accommodation had a shelf with pretty sharp corners that at his head height under the TV, there is a fair amount of decoration around so we spent a lot of time following him and getting the plants etc that he’d picked up and was walking around with, and the cot provided was much too small (more like a bassinet - but this was my fault for not checking in more detail with the owner) These are things you might want to consider if you’re travelling with a little one too.

Great communication with the host. Perfect location, very quiet but a few minutes walk to all the restaurants and shops. Very clean and quite modern inside. Great for 4 people.

As other reviews have mentioned, there is no hot water in the kitchen and the water pressure in the smaller bathroom is terrible. We stayed for 6 days and managed to work around these issues and they wouldn't put me off staying here again. Something to be aware of is that the apartment is on the 2nd floor and there is no lift - difficult with suitcases but otherwise fine.
