la atención del hospedador Bryan excelente!. super atento a todas las necesidades, colaboró en todo momento con nosotros, realmente recomiendo el lugar. no se fijen en el entorno, no dice nada de lo que efectivamente es. Es un lugar tranquilo, donde se puede llegar a las 21 o 22 horas sin problemas, (se empieza temprano). Recomendamos que tomen la excursión de todo el día con Bryan para conocer el lago / pueblos. ameno, sabedor de lugares.

Hay un gallo vecino, que si te levantas a las 4am empieza a los gritos, así a venir con paciencia, o ver que hacer con ese gallo.

El personal es fantástico. Gran calidad humana, trato claro, puntual y muy amable.

De las 2 camas , una que no estaba firme pues se movían y no permite poder dormir, problemas con el servicio sanitario que se obstruia . Con estas correcciones el establecimiento mejora mucho.

It was very simple, fine for just a stay over when you travel.

There were towels that appeared to be clean. There was a coffee maker and coffee and sugar in the kitchen. There were just jugs of purified water in the kitchen . There was a refrigerator also. There was internet that worked very well.

The place was filthy! I’m not even sure if the bed sheets had been changed. The floors were very dirty, especially in the bathroom. The shower was filthy as well. There are as a sofa that there was no way that I would have sat on it. The toilet didn’t function very well, very inconsistent. We felt like we needed to disinfect everything in the kitchen before we would use them. The place was very hard to find. We weren’t even given an address. We were given the street name but no further information. Luckily, a woman on the street stopped to help us otherwise we never would have found it. It is at the very end of an alley with no name or number. The outside of the house was extremely dirty. It looked like a dump site. On a side note, I don’t know why the people that live in Panajachel don’t take more pride in where they live and raise their kids. Sad.
