"They don’t live up to their promises. Stay away from this"

The apartment flat is clean But the linen provided on sofa bed is kind of large towel instead a blanket .

They promised early check in and charged additional money for that. By the time we arrive they could not arrange and directed us to another hotel away 3 km and that hotel was a horrible one. Cigarette smells and the linen was not changed . Worst one. Never on this

Experience was good. Abience was clean with parking available. I always prefer service apartment and I would not hesitate recommend this place to anyone. Location is very close to palace and is centrally placed.

Suggestions for areas of improvent were fedback in feedback call with rep of Suvarna Group.
