It's a pity that information provided about parking were not clear, the host didn't answered my questions, he just told to read sign on street which was différents from informations he provided, the link to pay parking refer to a Web site which don't allow to pay parking in Košice.

The location was good, walking distance from the center of town and close to the train station. The apartment was modern, confortable and clean, with good facilities.

The check-in process was very frustrating, we spent (wasted) about 45 minutes with the automatic ID system which could not recognise my face as being the same one as in the ID which we had to upload. Very frustrating and unnecessary. Also, they make you pay a deposit by card which you only get back weeks later. Generally, there was a feeling of harshness to the instructions in the apartment, pointing out all the extra fees that we would need to pay if this or that - for instance if we do not respect the checkout time which is checked electronically. Checkin and checkout times seemed pretty limiting (checkin after 15.30, checkout at 9.30) - we would have appreciated being able to stay a bit longer in the morning. In general, we did not feel there was a lot of human contact and care, we had the feeling we were dealing with an electronic ´big brother´. There is airconditioning but only in the living room (where our daughters were sleeping), so we had to leave the door open to the bedroom and it was like the four of us sleeping in the same room, and even so it didn´t really work (we were there in July, it was hot)

Everything in the apartment is very convenient, perfect for a short-term stay. The rooms are quiet, with a comfortable bed and sofa, a large TV, a dishwasher, and a fully-equipped kitchen.

Receiving the keys was easy, but It would have been more convenient to include the entrance number in the instructions. It's not very practical to watch a video guide at night, especially when it's dark, and you're carrying a lot of things with a cat, pausing to check the entrance number while the building have near 9 similar entrances, so you need to be very attentive to every small detail on the video. Upon checkout, I was reminded to leave early even though I had paid for a late checkout, which was a bit distracting and made me doubt if the host might wake me up early and whether I would get enough sleep. Additionally, the showerhead in the bathroom was broken and sprayed water outside the bathtub.

The apartment was very nice, new, clean and had everything. The check-in and check-out are on line but very smooth and fast. I had a very good experience!

Convinient location, spacious and clean rooms, comfortable bed. The hosts replied to my questions in a quick and helpful way. Great experience overall!

I would like to file a complaint regarding an unacceptable situation that occurred in the apartment. I received a message from the apartment owner claiming a broken refrigerator handle, accompanied by attached photos and a request for financial settlement. Interestingly, at the time of receiving this message, I was inside the apartment, and there were no issues with the refrigerator handle. Attempts to contact the owner using the provided phone number to clarify the circumstances of the incident proved unsuccessful. I suspect that the message was sent to me in error, possibly before my actual departure, and I find the request for financial settlement regarding this incident highly suspicious.

Overall, the apartment was amaizing.

There was no parking space for car, so I got to pay fine. :(
