Only 1 access code given per day which is used once at the gate. Was stuck outside the gate after going for supper. Couldn't get back into the complex. Fridge freezer doesn't close and leaks. Washing machine leaks water. Only 1 teaspoon in cupboard. Kitchen cupboard doors are broken. Towels were washed and left in balcony to dry. Still wet. Towels in room were smelling damp. Toilet paper almost finished. No spares in the bathroom. Curtains in unit don't provide privacy. Owner doesn't answer their phones. The person that was in contact with us refunded the 2nd nite and said we should find alternative accommodation since they can only give 1 gate access code per day.. No one should book here. Looks like its their plan when you book more than one night, they offer refund for the remaining nites but they already made money from you.

Everything about the place was perfect.... It had everything you could have wanted or needed.... the owner was very helpful and accommodating when it came to the security pins. She always responded. Theres alot of space the rooms are big. The bathrooms are clean and neat . Norma was the housekeeper, and she was also great. I would definitely go back if I am in the area again.

I would say the place needs a bit more dishes, eg, plates spoons pots. But other than that, I couldn't fault the place it was amazing.

Beautiful estate with lots of fun for the kids.....

The house isnt fully equipped ,the inconvinience of not having an iron in the house..Also more could be done to make the house look more appealling, aesthetically.

Getting a new pin for the gate every time.

The swimming pool experience was superb. The securities were very welcoming and made sure we were comfortable. The entire area is so aesthetically pleasing. This is such a wonderful area.

The sliding door was very unstable. The curtain rail in one of the bedrooms was also falling. The code system at the gate can be an inconvenience, if a group of people booked and are arriving at different times. But it can be solved via the property owner.
