Luxury apartment Lisbon

An diesem modernen Appartment in einer Neubausiedlung gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Top ausgestattet, gut isolierte Fenster, moderne Einrichtung, großzügige Tiefgarage mit Aufzug. Modernes Bad, gute Betten, alles was man zum Kochen braucht, besser geht es einfach nicht! Tolle Lage, 100m bis an das Ufer des Tejos mit Strandbars. Restaurants und Cafes in direkter Umgebung. Bushaltestellen und Bahnstation nur ein paar Minuten entfernt, Lissabon und Umgebung lässt sich von hier aus auch ohne Auto entdecken. Romano ist ein aufmerksamer und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. O prédio é novo e tem uma estrutura excelente: dois elevadores, garagem ampla com carregamento para carros elétricos. O apartamento é grande e extremamente confortável com todos os equipamentos e utensílios necessários para as atividades diárias. A cozinha é completa com lava roupa, lava louças, forno e fogão de 4 bocas, cafeteira, torradeira, geladeira grande, enfim toda equipada. Banheiro espaçoso com box amplo e um quarto com armários com cama e colchão confortáveis. É a segunda vez que me hospedo no local e recomendo fortemente.

Na minha opinião o único ponto negativo é a falta de um apoio no box para colocar sabonete e xampu. O item de atenção para viajantes é com relação a localização. Para o meu estilo de viagem a localização é perfeita, preciso de garagem que é algo raro na parte mais turística de Lisboa, entretanto, se o seu objetivo é ficar próximo ao metro e das atrações turísticas e não alugar um carro, talvez para esse viajante a hospedagem não seja a mais adequada.

Diese neue sehr comfortable eingerichtete Wohnung war ein toller Ort um Lissabon zu genießen. Sauber, modern und mit allem ausgestattet was man zur Selbstversorgung benötigt. Eine Wohnung zum wohlfühlen und wieder buchen.

New building in a quarter that is newly built - everything is new and perfectly clean, the building and the flat are modern. Parking space is in the building, accessible by elevator. The location is not central but is nice, river with a long promenade is nearby. City center is easily reachable by bus 728 or train, both stations are very close.

Just details, so I keep the total score of 10. As the whole surrounding is new, there are some shops and restaurants. but not too many. There could be more towels provided for a long stay. There could be better lights in the bathroom.

All the amenities were perfect, spacious and clean. The location is just 20 minutes from the center. Nice walking

We were absolutely delighted with these apartments. They are very bright and spacious, and every detail is thoughtfully designed. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host, Romano, was very kind and helpful from the very beginning, and the check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. It was very convenient to have a private parking space in the underground garage. We also really loved the residential complex itself, it is modern and very pleasant, with a long waterfront promenade nearby, where you can rent bicycles. There are many cafés and restaurants in the area, and it is easy and enjoyable to cycle to the city center. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, and we truly felt at home. We would be happy to stay here again and highly recommend this place.

We stayed in this apartment for 3 weeks and it couldn’t have been a better place for it. The area is a freshly built apartment village in a premium standard. It’s a bit far from the city center, but close to the Nations Park and FIL. The apartment was really luxurious and ideally cleaned, I have never seen such level on cleanliness, even in 5* hotels. It has all the necessary equipment as well (even the kitchen blender and toster) and free underground garage with a 24h security in the building is definitely a plus if you came by car as we did. Also Romano, the host is very responsive and helpful. It’s great for workation and discovering this part of Lisbon. I would definitely recommend and will come again.

Nothing, everything is great. The location might be a little bit inconvenient if you stay without a car, but still it has all the necessary facilities (coffee shops, pharmacy, small market nearby) and also the taxi in Lisbon is very affordable.
