Forkfield Country House

The house was very spacious. It had all the amenities to make our stay very comfortable. The location was great, it is set back from the road so the house was very quiet.

The property was freezing on arrival to the point of towels and bedding feeling damp- I literally slept in my coat the first night- as did the children- property was not well cleaned- my children wouldn’t walk around without their socks on. Not welcoming at all.

House as described. Plenty of space. Great showers. Had everything you needed. Quiet location.

plenty of rooms beds for all. super clean house. don't hesitate to book. convenient to a tesco and 5 minutes from westport for shopping sights! would recommend.

Perfect location for a country side stay but super close to the town and easy to get into with public transport. We loved the farm animals around the house.

The cleanliness’s needs to be improved, we found the washing machine with damp musky smelling items. The towels supplied smelt of damp washing.

Ottima posizione: immersa nel verde tra villette e pascoli di mucche, ma a pochi minuti di macchina dalla bella e attrezzata Westport. Cucina e lavanderia super-attrezzati. Molto belli i due salottini. Tante camere da letto. L'host è stato molto gentile e disponibile.

Nonostante l'assistenza dell'host e del suo factotum non siamo riusciti a far funzionare il riscaldamento una sera che faceva particolarmente freddo, ma comunque c'erano coperte a sufficienza per dormire in maniera confortevole.
