Fantastic location and beautiful home

A beautiful property, great central location, easy walk to all shops, pubs and restaurants. Decorated to very high standard with everything you need. Perfect.

I would have liked a separate shower, but the owners explained that it was not possible to install one due to restrictions with planning on their grade two listed property. It wasn’t a problem as bath was very luxurious & relaxing and over shower was sufficient

The location was fantastic situated within the heart of Southwold. The property was very clean/tidy and felt very homely. The bathroom mirror allowing music to be played through it was a cool feature. The beds were comfortable

Only slight issue for some people would be the bath. It has a shower but you have to be careful not to get water over the bath due to it being on legs on a wooden floor meaning you have to be crouched down so as not to spray water around the bathroom.

Very good location in the middle of Southwold and convenient for the beach as well. The property is thoughtfully and well kitted out with all you could need for a longer stay (though we were only there 3 days). the weather was freezing when we were there but the heating was good. the only minor inconvenience is that there was no parking next to the property, though we were able to find parking not too far away. we imagine though that in the summmer this could be a problem.

Fantastic location, short walk to beach and lots of great shops (food, clothing, trinkets) and cafes, bars, restaurants and local pubs.

Parking is tricky, but this isn’t a fault of the host. If you want a prime location then you’ll love staying here.

Beautiful apartment with excellent facilities and roof garden. Worked well for working remotely. Great location for amenities and for looking after a dog.
