Sancreed House Cottages

Pablo and Grove were perfect hosts and saved our holiday after a terrible airbnb experience. The cottage was spotless and brilliantly finished. We loved relaxing looking out at the garden and swimming in the pool. The perfect tranquil oasis!

We had the most wonderful memorable experience. From the time we arrived to the time we left we enjoyed the hospitality, the tranquility and the beauty that this accommodation has to offer. Pablo and Grove are very professional, kind and personable at the same time. We stayed in one of the cottages which more than lived up to our expectations in terms of cleanliness, amenities and comfort. It is also perfectly located to explore some of the hidden gems of Cornwall. We have stayed in Cornwall before but this was by far the best place we have stayed and without hesitation we would recommend it to people who appreciate and enjoy the finer things in life.

Sancreed House is a stunning place in a beautiful setting with fantastic hosts. The cottages are roomy and comfortable with an on site leisure pool and a sauna plus 2 hot tubs just installed (June 2025) which should be ready for use in the coming days. It is magically quiet, yet only 5 minutes away from the main road, so it's a great jumping off spot for those who like to explore their surroundings. It is also ideally placed if you want to be in the centre of Land's End, Newlyn, Penzance, St Ives and St Just. Lizard Point is a 45 minute drive away. Would I stay here again? Absolutely yes.

It was beautiful, the location, gardens and decor.

I loved how contemporary it was but still had a retro vibe, the views were sublime.

The lodges were exceptionally clean and well appointed sitting in lovely tranquil grounds. The Manor House itself a very lovely historic building and a very nice place to eat breakfast

There was nothing to dislike

Very secluded and very quiet. And facilities are very nice, historic and very well maintained. Owners are always on site and very helpful and very pleasant. Pablo and Grove are very good hosts.

Very narrow roads to get to the village, but GPS will get you there.

The owners went absolutely above and beyond for my grandad who’s 83 years old. He said it was very posh and the best place he’s ever stayed in. Well presented with some supplies even though it’s self catering they could not of done enough. I would recommend this place to anyone and can’t wait to visit myself. ( People running hotels/ cottages should also take a note because that’s exactly how you should treat people )
